Very true that any tactic must be practiced and have its benefits made known. Mostly people just wander around the maps and try to be quicker than the suspects. That works, of course, but it's hard to be a team if you don't have a basic understanding of what the people around you are going to do for a given set of variables.
I thought these tactical candy posts would spark some discussion along those lines to either shoot down or support the merit of the tactics.
