Hey Matt,
unfortunately its still not working. Just wanna say i already made reports with that system (http://www.sog-team.co.uk/report/dbdetails.php?id=22)! So i know there is something not working right in this case. It worked when using the option "Display Recent Players (SWAT 4)". This time i made the report a little later (20 mins) and the player is not listed there anymore. So i have to use the "Continue" option. BUG: I try to describe more detailed what way is not working: 1) I select "I have read & understood the above" 2) At "IP Present?" i choose "No IP Address" 3) At "Options:" i choose "Continue" 4) I enter the data at "Name", "Select server", "Incident Date" and verification code (pic1) https://ibb.co/j2UV9c 5) I click "next" and a message appears "We have found some matches to the data you have provided. If the player is listed, select them below:" The player is correctly listed and i make the selection (pic2) https://ibb.co/mERA9c -> So far everything seems to work 6) But when i now press next i get pic3 https://ibb.co/iQSHpc The error box states "human verification failed", although in step 5) there was no verification box! Its probably best if you test this steps yourself to see what im talking about. Also note: im regular user and have todo this without being logged in. Might also be a potential error source... Greetings

Well,
i cleared the browser cache and was able to submit the report now. Thanks Matt. http://www.sog-team.co.uk/report/dbdetails.php?id=70 Not sure if the evidence made it through tho. It says "This entry has no evidence!", although i attached a picture when submitting. But i guess they are displayed only after admin reviewal? In this case it should be good now. Greetings
