Jan Donations Target

Seasons Greetings everyone!

I know we are quiet as a community right now, but I thought it important to write and inform you of our larger donation target for January 2020.

As you know, we as a community are mainly existing right now for nostalgic reasons. We have little member activity and extremely low activity from our community in our SWAT 4 servers.

Not a surprise when we have been discussing this matter for a few months now, and our long term plans are to support Ready or Not from the offset when it is publically released. Our aim is to hit the game hard, taking a risk of course, but ploughing money into getting servers up and running fast. We are aiming to lead the charge into coop tactical play, and 2020 will be the start of a big year for Special Operations Group (in hope). We are ready and I can assure you we will not miss this opportunity.

Of course, we will never forget our SWAT 4 heritage. Our severs here will be continued as we see fit, although a review into the sustainabilty will be conducted later in 2020 after Ready or Not hits the shelves.

So until mid 2020, SOG will continue to tick on by, with a renewed hope life is still here for this community long term.... more on this will be provided in early 2020, but your support and activity in the interim is hugely beneficial.

So here comes a big month for us financially. The start of getting SOG ready for what is to come in 2020 starts now. Our sog-team.co.uk domain is up for renewal, and has to be done this month. Therefore our donation target has been increased to £50 for Jan.

Your help will be appreciated for the long term benefit of your community, and we ask all who visit to consider our plea. Far too often the same loyal members donate to keep us running, but this is usually 2-5 people we heavily rely on. Therefore spreading the load is helpful and appreciated by all.
