What is |SOG| all about?

Special Operations Group or |SOG| was a thriving gaming clan and community in existence from 2006-2012.

The site and clan ceased to exist for various reasons including leader absence, and has now been re-formed in January 2018.

Has your web address changed since 2006?

Special Operations Group has come back to the website it once existed; www.sog-team.co.uk

We had several listed domains or web addresses during our history including;
www.sog-team.com
www.sog-team.co.uk
www.clanreportdb.co.uk
www.fp-alliance.com
www.paz-place.co.uk

However, for simplicity, we are only intending to keep the .co.uk address and reclaim the .com address when available in the distant future.

Are you a gaming clan or community?

We were both back in 2006, however since our revival, the intention is to be more of a community for gamers past and present to meet, interact and help shape the future of the new Special Operations Group.

So, do I join the clan or community?

You can join our casual membership by applying in the relevant "Applications" forum.

We are more a community open to everyone; new and old. The main vision is to gather a reunion of the old team in whatever capacity with new members welcome.

Our membership allows freedom to be as active or inactive as one prefers. However, long periods of inactivity will be considered as requiring a membership review.

Ok so I am back at the website but can't join you or support the development. Is this ok?

Of course it is. We are currently aiming to be a community. Do register, Do introduce yourself, Do keep in touch. You do not need to help any further as being here whenever you are able to supports the journey.
