Just an update for you.... took me a good while to figure this out, but all is now believed working.
Can you please test;
Uploading images
Uploading evidence URL's
Creating reports to the database for non-members
I have now restricted uploading images to the entries after they are made to members only. You can however still upload an image when making a report. Only URL links can be added after an entry.
