Clarification for #5 Rule

5. Every game of tournament can be watched by any Forum Member. To spectate the game, a person has to report their willingness in thread informing about a date and time of a game they want to watch. Live-Streaming of the event has to be earlier reported to and agreed by referee.

5a. The thread informing about a date and time of a game has to be posted before the game, so the Spectator has a chance to post a comment to the thread - therefore a Team Leader has to set a date for the game with the Referee at least 1 hour BEFORE the game is being played.

5b. The Spectator can join the Tournament server only after the Referee lets them know to join via Discord or other way of communication.

5c. The Spectator will be forced to VIEW mode by a Referee. It is disallowed for the Spectator to join SPEC or VIEW mode on their own, even though the server settings allow them to do so. For the time of the event Referee is the only one allowed to use Admin or Client commands on the server.

5d. SPEC mode on Tournament Servers is restricted for Referees only for the time of Tournament Game.

5e. Teams having a training on the Tournament server are allowed to use VIEW or SPEC modes on their own or they can ask any |SOG| Admin for help in case they don't know how to use it. Nevertheless, it's as easy as typing 'kick cc spec' for SPEC and 'kick cc view' for VIEW
